ANNOUNCEMENT
Dear Fellow Citizens,
The Municipality of the City of Dobrich hereby informs you that:
1.
As of 20 January 2026, the payment of local taxes and the municipal solid waste fee for 2026 begins.
2.
2 February 2026 is the deadline by which persons subject to patent tax in 2026 must:
-
submit a tax declaration for patent tax assessment for 2026;
-
pay the first installment of the patent tax for 2026;
-
or pay the entire patent tax liability for 2026 with a 5% discount.
3.
By 2 February 2026, persons liable for tourist tax must submit tax declarations for tourist tax for the previous calendar year – 2025.
4.
The deadline for payment of the dog ownership fee for 2026 is 1 April 2026.
5.
By 30 June 2026, the first installment of the motor vehicle tax (MVT) for 2026 must be paid.
6.
By 30 June 2026, the first installment of the real estate tax (RET) and the municipal solid waste fee (MSWF) for 2026 must be paid.
7.
A 5% discount is granted to taxpayers who pay in advance, by 30 April 2026, the full annual amount of RET, MSWF and/or MVT for the entire year 2026.

Tax liabilities may be settled voluntarily within the statutory deadlines through payment:

Inquiries and Online Access
Information on tax liabilities for 2026 may be obtained:

on site at the Local Taxes and Fees Directorate of the Municipality of the City of Dobrich;

on the official municipal website: www.dobrich.bg.
Liabilities may be checked using:

Personal Identification Number (PIN),
-
Personal Identification Number of a Foreigner (LNC), or
-
Unified Identification Code (UIC),
together with a personal PIN code and security code.
Personal PIN codes are issued by employees of the Local Taxes and Fees Directorate:
-
in person, upon presentation of an ID card (for individuals);
-
in person, upon presentation of an ID card by the legal representative (for legal entities);
-
to authorized persons, upon presentation of a notarized power of attorney and ID card.
The security code is randomly generated and consists of five characters (Latin letters and digits), which must be entered exactly as shown.
