THE ANNUAL DRAFT LIST FOR ALLOCATION OF MUNICIPAL RENTAL HOUSING FOR 2026 HAS BEEN PREPARED
The Municipality of the City of Dobrich informs all citizens who, during the period 1 July 2025 – 30 September 2025, submitted applications for the assessment of housing needs, that the draft list of individuals, families/households with established housing needs and entitlement to accommodation in municipal rental housing for 2026 has been prepared.
The draft list has been published on the information board at the 6th service desk of the Services and Information Center, as well as on the information board in front of Room 113 at the Municipality of the City of Dobrich. The draft list is also available here.

Pursuant to Article 17, Paragraph 3 of the Ordinance on the Conditions and Procedure for Establishing Housing Needs and Accommodation in Municipal Housing of the Municipality of the City of Dobrich, the period during which interested parties may submit objections to the Mayor of the Municipality of the City of Dobrich regarding the draft list is 14 days, commencing from the date of its publication.
Objections to the draft list for 2026 will be accepted from 20 January 2026 to 2 February 2026, inclusive.
The Objection Submission Form (as well as the Declaration under Article 7, Paragraph 2) may be obtained and submitted at the 6th service desk of the Services and Information Center (SIC) of the Municipality of the City of Dobrich, 12 Bulgaria Street, or downloaded here.
Citizens approved in the draft list will be included in the Final Allocation List for 2026, which will be approved by the Mayor of the Municipality of the City of Dobrich by 30 April 2026.
